When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?

All orders are processed & shipped within 5 business days. See below for estimated delivery times based on your location.

Tel Aviv — 20 ₪, same day or next business day from shipment.

Rest of Israel — 35 ₪, 1–3 business days from shipment.

Free shipping on orders over 400 ₪.

International Customers
Flat rate 100 ₪ per order. Delivery in 5–15 business days from shipment (Russia: 5–20 business days).

Pickups: Available in Tel Aviv only. Email us at hello@marutlv.com to schedule a pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, write to hello@marutlv.com with your order number.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellation fee: in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations, a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 ₪, whichever is lower, is deducted from the refund.
