The Website is owned by Maria Goldenberg, a licensed dealer, and serves as a virtual store for selling a variety of products.

2. Definitions

"Customer" – Any person making a purchase on the Website

"Business Days" – Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays

3. Eligibility for Placing Orders

Purchases on the Website are permitted for:

· Holders of a valid Israeli identity card or a valid foreign passport

· Holders of a valid Israeli or international credit card for online transactions

· Holders of a valid email address and a residential address in Israel

Minors – parental or guardian written consent will be required.

4. Products and Prices

Product images on the Website are for illustration purposes only. We strive to display colors and details as accurately as possible, but there may be slight differences depending on the screen display.

Product prices include VAT as required by law and do not include shipping fees.

We reserve the right to change prices and offer promotions at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

5. Placing an Order

To purchase on the Website, the customer will fill in the required details: name, address, credit card details, and shipping address. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the details.

An order will be considered confirmed only after receiving approval from the credit card company.

We reserve the right not to approve an order for any reason, including: incorrect details, suspicion of an irregular order, out-of-stock product.

In case of non-approval, the customer will receive a notification and any amount paid will be refunded.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery takes place within 5-7 business days from the date of order approval, to the address specified by the customer.

Shipping fees will be stated on the Website and charged separately. The store is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (weather, strikes, force majeure events).

Orders can be collected in person from the store by prior arrangement: Eshtori Hafarhi 16, Tel Aviv.

7. Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

Cancellations and returns are subject to the Consumer Protection Law (Distance Selling), 5741-1981.

Order Cancellation: Can be canceled up to 14 days from the date of product receipt. Please contact us by email hello@marutlv.com stating the order number.

Cancellation Fee: Shall not exceed 5% of the product price or NIS 100 – whichever is lower.

Exchange: A product can be exchanged up to 30 days from its receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging, intact, and without defect.

Refund: Will be issued only to the credit card that was charged. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Non-returnable: Custom-made products, opened hygiene items, and products sold as "Final Sale."

8. Privacy and Data Protection

During purchase, we collect the following information: name, address, email, phone number, and payment details (transferred directly for secure processing).

The information will be used solely for order processing, improving the shopping experience, and sending updates and promotions – provided the customer has consented to it.

We will not sell, rent, or transfer your details to third parties, except for entities required to perform the service (delivery company, payment processor).

The Website uses cookies for statistical purposes and to improve user experience. Cookies can be disabled in browser settings, but this may impair some website functionalities.
