The store and website are owned and operated by Maria Dashevskaya, a licensed sole proprietor (Osek Murshe) registered in Israel.

Last updated: October 2026. This is an English translation of our Hebrew Terms of Service (תקנון). If the two versions differ, the Hebrew version prevails.

1. General

Welcome to MARU. MARU is a children's concept boutique offering curated children's clothing, accessories and toys from leading European brands, both in our physical store in Tel Aviv and online at www.marutlv.com.

Browsing the website or placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page and takes effect upon publication.

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Definitions

"Website" – www.marutlv.com. "Store" – MARU, Ashtori HaFarhi 16, Tel Aviv. "Store owner" – Maria Dashevskaya, licensed sole proprietor. "Products" – all items offered for sale on the Website. "Customer" – anyone who makes a purchase on the Website or contacts customer service. "Business days" – Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and Israeli public holidays.

3. Who can order

You may place an order if: you are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction (minors require written consent of a parent or guardian); you hold a valid Israeli or international credit card for online payments; and you have a valid email address and a delivery address in Israel or in one of the countries we ship to (the list of countries is shown at checkout). We accept orders from customers outside Israel.

4. Products, prices and stock

Product photos are for illustration; colours may differ slightly depending on your screen settings.

Prices are shown in Israeli shekels (₪), include VAT where applicable, and do not include shipping. We may change prices and offer or end promotions at any time; you are charged the price shown on the Website when your payment is approved.

We carry limited quantities (usually one item per size). If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will notify you and refund the full amount paid.

5. Placing an order

To order, enter your name, address, email, phone number and payment details. You are responsible for the accuracy of these details; incorrect details may delay delivery and incur additional shipping costs.

An order is confirmed only after the payment is approved. We may decline an order at our discretion, for example in case of incorrect details, suspected unlawful activity or a blocked card.

6. Payment

We accept Israeli and international credit cards. Payment options may change from time to time.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within up to 5 business days of order approval, by courier, to the address you provide. Delivery times from shipment: Tel Aviv – same day or next business day; rest of Israel – 1–3 business days; international – 5–15 business days (Russia: 5–20 business days).

Shipping costs: Tel Aviv – 20 ₪; rest of Israel – 35 ₪, free on orders over 400 ₪ within Israel; international – flat rate 100 ₪ per order. Full details are on our Delivery and returns page.

Each order is delivered to one address only. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, strikes, security events, severe weather, courier failures and similar).

Pickup is available from our Tel Aviv store by prior arrangement (Ashtori HaFarhi 16, Tel Aviv).

8. Cancellations, returns and exchanges

Cancellations are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010.

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing hello@marutlv.com with your order number, or by visiting the store by prior arrangement. Once the cancellation is confirmed, the item must be returned within 10 days. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

A cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 ₪, whichever is lower, is deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are made to the original payment card.

Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt, for another item or store credit of the same value (excluding shipping). If the replacement item is shipped, shipping is charged again.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging with tags attached. The following cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged: Final Sale items (discounted 40% or more, or marked as final), personalised items, and opened hygiene items.

We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing or product-description error, or if the order was placed through unlawful activity.

9. Privacy

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including payment details, and do not share it with third parties except those needed to fulfil your order (courier, payment processor). We collect the personal details you provide when ordering and anonymous statistical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed). The website uses cookies for statistics and to improve your experience. With your consent we may send you updates and offers; you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Website – design, texts, photos, logo and the MARU brand name – belongs to Maria Dashevskaya and is protected by copyright. Any use without prior written permission is prohibited. Product brand names belong to their respective owners.

11. External links

We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from our Website.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts in Tel Aviv.
