When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?

All orders are processed & shipped within 5 business days. See below for estimated delivery times based on your location.

For Israel Customers

Tel Aviv — same day or next business day from shipment.

Rest of Israel — 1–3 business days from shipment.

Pickups: Available in Tel Aviv only. Email us at hello@marutlv.com to schedule a pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, write to hello@marutlv.com with your order number.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
